  • Led the turnaround of this 667 unit SOBE landmark by directing critically needed multi-million-dollar building projects.
  • Worked closely with engineers, architects and contractors on specifications, competitive bid analysis and vendor accountability.
  • Personally understands the challenges of obtaining permits and complying with building and safety codes.
    Earned a Community Association Management (CAM) license so she could better lead her Condominium.
